Somebody had to do it...

Not sure "exactly" how freeze drying works...
I know it has to do with sublimation (the shift from a solid directly into a gas)...
Basically it dehydrates something, but instead of using heat to evaporate the water / moister in an item it uses cold ~or~ something to that affect...
